Challenge

Kellogg's knew they wanted to clean up the shelf presentation of their Pringles product while eliminating the costs involved with store audits and incorrect shipments.

Solution

Process Retail Group engineered a universal-fit pusher and gravity shelf system with a telescoping feature that extends from 14" to 30" deep. Kellogg's has two merchandising SKUs that work at any retailer in the country. The system can be installed out of the box and resulted in an impressive sales lift.

Flexibility

Universal fit on any gondola shelf

Modular tray fits shelves up to 48” wide, accommodating up to 15 cans across.
Depth extends to fit shelves 16” - 25” and up to 8 cans.
Optional extender allows for additional 2 cans on a 30” deep shelf.
Eliminates need for store audits of shelves.

Impact tested for 5 years of use

Clear tray is the toughest grade of flexible, impact resistant plastic.
Spring is rust proof and will maintain movement over time.
Pusher paddle is slippery and impact resistant.
Trays secure to existing shelf.

Cans are stocked by pushing straight through flexible front fingers.
Keeps all the work at the front of the shelf, allowing stockers to become more efficient.
