To further support growth initiatives within the organization, PRG is excited to announce that it’s adding a new role to its HR team with the addition of Stephanie Lepak as HR coordinator.

Formerly PRG’s marketing specialist, Stephanie joined the team three years ago and quickly earned a reputation for outstanding customer service and employee support. Transitioning this to her new role, she’ll also focus on helping facilitate organizational changes as the company continues to grow.

A fitting move, too, as Stephanie can often be heard reiterating how much she loves the people she works with—a group of people that she kindly refers to as warm and always willing to help out.

When she’s not helping her fellow co-workers out, she loves to cook, bake and entertain—oftentimes using ingredients from her very own homegrown garden. Off land, she never misses an opportunity to enjoy warmer weather—whether it’s boating with family or paddleboarding on the lake.
